You should be able to boot into the Priiloader menu, where you have some options to fix your Wii Menu. Turn off your Wii, then hold down the RESET button down and turn on your Wii.
(Most fakesigned WAD files do work in Dolphin, but they dont work better than correctly signed WAD files, and Dolphin may show warnings about them. When asked if you want to fakesign the ticket or TMD, you should press B. If you get an error saying “The system files are corrupted”, don’t panic as long as you installed Priiloader.
